SO much resonance with what you've written here - especially in the paragraph beginning: 'Energetically I feel like I'm still in lockdown'. In your Dec workshops, I noticed how many of us have chosen words that mirror your EXPANSION (mine is: Open). May we all make brave, small steps back into the world again xx
